Lyn Me was a dancer in Jabba’s Palace in Return of the Jedi. Lyn Me was not in the 1983 original version of Jedi. She was added in the 1997 Special Edition, which is now pretty much considered by Lucasfilm to be the only edition of the film.
The other dancers also added in the Special Edition were Rystáll Sant and Greeata Jendowanian. In Legends materials you can also find Lyn Me in Star Wars Manga: Return of the Jedi 1 and the game Star Wars: Demolition.
