Morgan Elsbeth was the magistrate of Calodan in an episode of The Mandalorian. Elsbeth helped build up the Imperial Navy during the Clone Wars after her people were massacred. She asked Din Djarin to kill Ahsoka Tano for her, but the two women ended up dueling themselves.
