Oga Garra was a crime boss and owner of Oga’s Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on Batuu.
Oga can be found in the books Crash of Fate and Galaxy’s Edge: Black Spire. This Blutopian has also been mentioned in many other stories that took place on Batuu, such as Pirate’s Price and the Galaxy’s Edge comic series, and if you’re lucky you might hear a story or two about her when you visit Galaxy’s Edge in Disney World or Disneyland. Be warned: few things happen in Black Spire Outpost without Oga’s knowledge and she’s not someone you want to cross without a plan.
