CB-23 was a BB-series astromech droid working with the Resistance in Star Wars Resistance.
CB-23 flew with Poe Dameron while BB-8 was on the Colossus. When BB-8 returned to Poe CB-23 stayed on the Colossus with Kazuda Xiono.
According to this article from StarWars.com the CB in CB-23 is a nod to Lucasfilm Story Group vice president of development Carrie Beck.
