Louise Simonson was a comic book writer and editor who worked on River of Chaos and the Star Wars main comic.
Simonson wrote all four issues of River of Chaos. She edited Star Wars 56: Coffin in the Clouds and Star Wars 57: Hello, Bespin, Good-bye!
Simonson also wrote an illustrated re-telling of A New Hope in 2017 for the film’s 40th anniversary called The Rise of a Hero.
