Shelagh Fraser played Beru Whitesun Lars in A New Hope. You can also hear her voice (from archived footage) in the Star Wars Rebels episode “Twin Suns.”
Other projects Fraser appeared in include A Family at War, Master of Bankdam, and The Second Mrs. Tanqueray. Fraser’s career included performances in many plays, over fifty films and TV shows, and over 500 BBC Radio plays. She also authored two children’s books.
