Irene Lamb was one of the casting directors on A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back.
In J.W. Rinzler’s book The Making of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back it’s noted that Lamb found most of the actors who had speaking roles in Hoth. Lamb isn’t mentioned in Rinzler’s book about the making of A New Hope.
Lamb’s most recent casting project is the film The Roads Not Taken that will come out later this year. Her first casting job was in 1962 in the TV series Man of the World. Find a list of her credits on her IMDB page.
