Ta’a Chume was the Queen Mother and ruler of the Hapes Consortium introduced in the Legends novel The Courtship of Princess Leia. She was also the grandmother of Tenel Ka Djo.

Ta’a Chume also appeared in a few Young Jedi Knights books, two The New Jedi Order books, and Dark Nest II: The Unseen Queen.

There are many revealing words used to describe Ta’a Chune on her Wookieepedia page: arrogant, ruthless, manipulative, and sociopath. So clearly she was a very memorable character.
